Getting started

What a rollout looks like, from installing the capture agent to your first reconstructed workflows.

How a rollout works

A rollout has two stages: deploying the agent, and allowing the capture to accumulate. unpak works by observing real work over time, so there is no configuration phase, no integrations to connect, and no interviews to schedule. The setup effort is minimal.

  • Deploy the agent. Install unpak on each participating machine, either directly or through your device management tooling.
  • Accumulate capture. The first reconstructed workflows appear within days; the cross-team picture sharpens over the following weeks.

Deploying the agent

Deploying the unpak agent requires installing a standard package across your enterprise. There is nothing to configure once it completes.

That is the full extent of the rollout: no accounts, no integrations, no day-to-day interaction required from you. Once installed, unpak takes it from there.

Choosing where to start

Deploy across the entire organization, or begin with a single team and expand from there. unpak works at whatever scale you choose, and the deployment process is identical in both cases.
