What unpak observes and who can see the data it collects.

What unpak observes

unpak reads the screen locally and keeps a structured record of work: the focused application, the text of what is being worked on, the interactions taken, and how long each act took. That record is what workflows are reconstructed from.

How the data is used

The capture exists to answer one question: how does work actually happen? It feeds workflow reconstruction, recurrence counting, and the evidence trail behind every number. Access is limited to the workspace members you grant it to, and every figure traces back to the activity it came from. The output is built around the work, not the worker: workflows and recurrence counts, not per-person scorecards.
